a warm space for your healing and growth

 FAQs

  • I do not currently accept insurance. My session fee is $75. I accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover. I also accept HSA debit cards.

  • In our first session, we will explore your concerns and goals for therapy. I will ask questions to get to know you and your world. Together we will decide if I am the right therapist for you.

  • According to Dr. Elain Aron (2024), being highly sensitive is a trait (NOT a disorder) found in 20% of people and 100 animal species. HSPs tend to process things more deeply, get overstimulated more easily, have stronger emotions and empathy, and notice subtle details (Aron, 2024). Think an "empath" who cares deeply like Princess Diana or Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Marriage and family therapist intern

As an MFT intern, I’m dedicated to helping my clients with anxiety, relationships, and depression. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals can explore their emotions without fear of judgment. I’m particularly passionate about working with highly sensitive people (HSPs), understanding the unique challenges they face as an HSP myself. By employing mindfulness techniques, parts work, and practicing empathetic listening, I empower my clients to embrace their feelings and develop healthier coping strategies. My goal is to foster resilience and growth, helping them cultivate deeper connections with themselves and others through a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship.
